Evaluating online resources for reliability is an indicator beginning in 3rd grade and repeats every year until students graduate high school: see Sources of Information, NCDPI Information and Technology Essential Standards. In the process of planning a lesson on research skills, veteran school librarian Lynn Fritts uncovered this great resource: "In preparation for teaching freshman English students how to determine if a website is reliable, I came across this video that could be used in third grade and higher.
